Vault Theatre at The Vaults tickets & upcoming events

Looking for a theatre experience that’s a little different from the usual? Vault Theatre at The Vaults is exactly that, nestled beneath the lively streets near Waterloo station. This underground gem has a quirky charm, blending history with a modern twist. It’s got a cool backstory too, originally part of a labyrinth of tunnels, it was briefly a vintage film house back in 2016, showing off films like 'The Frost Dragon' which was a real treat for kids and families. You can almost feel the history beneath your feet as you step into the space, which is separated enough to feel like your own little secret spot. The layout on the upper level is pretty clever, great sightlines that make sure everyone’s got a good view. And if you’re into the scene, you’ll love wandering along the nearby artistic alley, packed with quirky cafes and street art. Want to get involved? They always need volunteers, so you can lend a hand and soak up the vibe. Honestly, whether you’re catching a show or just soaking in the atmosphere, Vault Theatre offers something a little offbeat but totally memorable.
